我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為深入貫徹(che)德智體美(mei)勞(lao)(lao)全(quan)面(mian)發(fa)展的(de)黨的(de)教(jiao)育方針,全(quan)面(mian)落實《中(zhong)(zhong)共(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)央(yang) 國務院關于(yu)全(quan)面(mian)加強新時代(dai)大中(zhong)(zhong)小學勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育的(de)意見(jian)》精神,大力提升高等職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)學生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)素養,形成體現(xian)時代(dai)要求、符(fu)合育人規(gui)律、彰(zhang)顯高職(zhi)院校(xiao)(xiao)特色的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育體系,8月25日至8月28日,由我校(xiao)(xiao)和中(zhong)(zhong)國勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關系學院勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)主辦(ban)、創(chuang)想家(jia)科技(ji)教(jiao)育(深圳)有限公司協辦(ban)的(de)2020年全(quan)國職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)育導師研修班(中(zhong)(zhong)級),在線(xian)上會(hui)議平臺成功(gong)舉(ju)辦(ban)。

為優化勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育師(shi)(shi)資(zi)供給,本次教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)培(pei)訓除(chu)了(le)邀(yao)請(qing)勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育領域相關(guan)知名學者外,基(ji)于勞動教(jiao)(jiao)育本身特質,還邀(yao)請(qing)了(le)企(qi)業代表擔任(ren)課程授課講師(shi)(shi)。共有來自廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西、貴(gui)州、湖南、江蘇(su)、內蒙古、陜西、浙江等14所職業院校近30名老師(shi)(shi)參加培(pei)訓。

 培訓(xun)期間,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員們(men)分(fen)別(bie)觀(guan)摩了中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院劉麗紅副校(xiao)(xiao)長(chang)、我(wo)校(xiao)(xiao)人(ren)文學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院張(zhang)克副院長(chang)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)印副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)(shou)、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)美術學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院杜銘秋副教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)(shou)、優必選人(ren)工智能教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)郭子琦、中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院李珂教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授(shou)(shou)、廣東海涵律師(shi)事務(wu)所主(zhu)任律師(shi)吳小波主(zhu)講的“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的歷史演變、政策(ce)解(jie)讀(du)與趨勢(shi)”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的職(zhi)責與倫理——如何更(geng)(geng)好的理解(jie)體面(mian)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導師(shi)的素質(zhi)能力提升(sheng)”“職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的課(ke)程設(she)(she)計——臺灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的發展與實(shi)踐”“人(ren)工智能時代(dai)下的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的融合機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的安全風險與應(ying)對政策(ce)”七堂課(ke)。專(zhuan)家們(men)表示,隨(sui)著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)政策(ce)的進一步推動(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將(jiang)更(geng)(geng)加(jia)專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)且惠及更(geng)(geng)多學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生,勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)則面(mian)臨(lin)極(ji)大的挑戰。從長(chang)遠來(lai)看,應(ying)開設(she)(she)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關(guan)專(zhuan)業(ye),培養勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專(zhuan)業(ye)人(ren)才。短期內(nei),應(ying)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)目前師(shi)資(zi)情(qing)況采取多種(zhong)措施,建立專(zhuan)兼職(zhi)相(xiang)結(jie)合的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)資(zi)隊伍(wu)。

同時,為(wei)深(shen)入了(le)解目前高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞動教(jiao)育(yu)開展(zhan)情況,今年(nian)3月,我校(xiao)聯合創想家教(jiao)育(yu)科技(深(shen)圳)有(you)限公司,對(dui)覆蓋(gai)生(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)地30個(ge)省、自(zi)治(zhi)區、直轄(xia)市的學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)及(ji)來自(zi)全國(guo)14所高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)的老師(shi)(shi)開展(zhan)《全國(guo)高(gao)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)院(yuan)校(xiao)勞動教(jiao)育(yu)現狀調查(cha)報告(gao)藍皮書》專項問卷(juan)調研(yan)。經過5個(ge)月的立項、調研(yan)論證(zheng)、問卷(juan)發放及(ji)回收(shou)、電話訪談(tan)記錄、數據清洗(xi)與甄別等,共回收(shou)有(you)效教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)問卷(juan)221份,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)問卷(juan)2101份,教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)訪談(tan)記錄25份。

調(diao)研(yan)專家組(zu)成員范苗就調(diao)研(yan)報告中學生素(su)養現狀、目前(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)展現狀及(ji)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)、師資建(jian)(jian)設(she)現狀及(ji)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與實習實訓相結合(he)的現狀及(ji)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與校(xiao)園文化建(jian)(jian)設(she)相結合(he)的現狀及(ji)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)、勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)與社會服務相結合(he)的現狀及(ji)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)等內容(rong)進(jin)行分享,讓(rang)研(yan)修班的學員們從數(shu)據中更科學更全面的了解目前(qian)勞(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)在(zai)高職院校(xiao)中開(kai)展的情況。

研修班4天的(de)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)涵蓋勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育理(li)論(lun)知(zhi)識、相關政(zheng)策導(dao)讀、實際(ji)課(ke)(ke)程(cheng)(cheng)案例(li)分析(xi)、勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)相關法律知(zhi)識普及、人工智能下(xia)(xia)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育等多個方面,最(zui)后以電子考卷的(de)形式對(dui)學(xue)員(yuan)們進行考核。參訓(xun)學(xue)員(yuan)紛紛表示(shi),將以本次研究(jiu)班為新的(de)起點,進一步加強理(li)論(lun)學(xue)習,重塑勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育觀,為所屬高(gao)職院校開展勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育工作貢(gong)獻力量;并希望這樣的(de)培訓(xun)能夠(gou)制度化、常態化,進一步豐(feng)富培訓(xun)內容(rong),在條件(jian)允許的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),安排線下(xia)(xia)培訓(xun)課(ke)(ke),加入動(dong)手實踐實操環節,將勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)精神貫穿師資培訓(xun)始終(zhong)。
