

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月(yue)26-27日,以“數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)教建設 共(gong)(gong)商共(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)享”為主題的(de)(de)2020年“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)國際(ji)研(yan)討會(hui)在(zai)深圳(zhen)召開(kai)。來自26個國家和地區政(zheng)府部門、院校(xiao)機構(gou)、行業(ye)企業(ye)的(de)(de)近300名專(zhuan)家學(xue)者齊(qi)聚線上線下(xia),共(gong)(gong)商數(shu)(shu)字經濟時代“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”國家職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)的(de)(de)機遇與挑戰(zhan),發布了《深圳(zhen)倡(chang)議》。這(zhe)是繼2018年首次 “一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路”職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)國際(ji)研(yan)討會(hui)成(cheng)功舉(ju)辦(ban)以來,職(zhi)業(ye)教育(yu)領域(yu)的(de)(de)又一(yi)場高規格國際(ji)盛會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯(lu)昕在致辭中(zhong)(zhong)談到,今年以來,全球疫情蔓延(yan),世界經濟低迷,隨著新一輪(lun)科(ke)技革(ge)命(ming)和(he)產業變(bian)革(ge)深入發展,國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)力量對比深刻(ke)調整,和(he)平的(de)發展仍然(ran)是時(shi)代的(de)主題,人(ren)類命(ming)運共同體(ti)的(de)理念深入人(ren)心(xin)。在此背(bei)景下(xia),堅定不(bu)移的(de)深化改(gai)革(ge)、擴大開放顯得尤為重要(yao)。統(tong)籌國(guo)(guo)(guo)內國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)兩(liang)個(ge)大局,科(ke)學(xue)應變(bian)、主動(dong)求(qiu)變(bian),是中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)(guo)(guo)面臨新的(de)國(guo)(guo)(guo)際(ji)(ji)形勢(shi)(shi)和(he)環境形勢(shi)(shi)作出的(de)戰略安排(pai)。
魯昕以(yi)詳實的(de)數據梳理了自(zi)2013年“一帶一路”合(he)作倡議提(ti)出以(yi)來,教育(yu)領域取得的(de)各項(xiang)顯著成就,并表示中國職業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)應(ying)繼(ji)續圍繞共(gong)建“一帶一路”,對(dui)接所在國家的(de)產業(ye)(ye)需求,通過學(xue)歷(li)教育(yu)與職業(ye)(ye)培(pei)訓相結合(he)的(de)方式,培(pei)養更多高素(su)質的(de)技術技能(neng)人(ren)才。
在簡要闡述了中國職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)會(hui)(hui)對接科技(ji)進(jin)步、深化(hua)(hua)產(chan)教(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合的(de)(de)具體(ti)舉措(cuo)后,魯(lu)昕表示(shi),學(xue)會(hui)(hui)將充分利用“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)”職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)國際(ji)研討會(hui)(hui)平臺,積極發(fa)(fa)揮新時代智庫型學(xue)會(hui)(hui)作用,愿與“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)各國、各地(di)區一(yi)(yi)(yi)起(qi),凝(ning)聚數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共識,深化(hua)(hua)數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)實踐,加快(kuai)數字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共建(jian)共享,共同(tong)應(ying)對當前職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)的(de)(de)全(quan)球挑戰,推(tui)動(dong)構建(jian)人類命運共同(tong)體(ti)。魯(lu)昕提出,此(ci)次(ci)會(hui)(hui)議聯合26個國家和(he)地(di)區發(fa)(fa)布《深圳(zhen)倡(chang)議》,必將為全(quan)面實現職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)轉型、數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)升級(ji)、數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)和(he)數字(zi)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設,凝(ning)聚共識,指(zhi)明(ming)方向,為推(tui)動(dong)“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)(yi)路(lu)”域內國家和(he)地(di)區職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)高質量(liang)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)做(zuo)出更大的(de)(de)貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表(biao)示(shi),今年(nian)的(de)大會將主題定為“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)”正當其時(shi)。數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)是近年(nian)來職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)領域面臨(lin)的(de)重(zhong)大變化(hua)與(yu)(yu)挑(tiao)戰(zhan),疫情期間網(wang)絡教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)廣泛應用(yong),也(ye)表(biao)明(ming)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)技術能為學(xue)(xue)習(xi)者創造(zao)更多元(yuan)、更靈活的(de)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)體驗。她同時(shi)指(zhi)出,數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)不僅(jin)僅(jin)只是新技術的(de)引入與(yu)(yu)應用(yong),還應注重(zhong)促(cu)進(jin)創新和(he)改變思維(wei)方式。她感謝會議主辦方為“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育搭建了國際(ji)交流與(yu)(yu)合作的(de)平臺(tai),希望與(yu)(yu)會嘉(jia)賓能利(li)用(yong)這次機(ji)會,互學(xue)(xue)互鑒(jian)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)建設的(de)獨到見解(jie)與(yu)(yu)先進(jin)經驗。
