魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為(wei)深入推進(jin)學(xue)校數字化轉(zhuan)型(xing),高質量落實(shi)好“雙高”建(jian)設(she)各(ge)項任務(wu),6月28日,深圳(zhen)職業技術(shu)學(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)習中心組(zu)(擴大)學(xue)習會(hui),特別(bie)邀請全(quan)國政協(xie)委員、中國職業技術(shu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)學(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長(chang)、教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部(bu)原(yuan)副部(bu)長(chang)魯昕在京聯(lian)線(xian),作題為(wei)《人工(gong)智能與經濟學(xue):“雙高”建(jian)設(she)全(quan)新領(ling)域的全(quan)面建(jian)設(she)》專題報(bao)告(gao)。會(hui)議由校黨委書記、校長(chang)楊欣斌(bin)主持。

習(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)記(ji)高(gao)度重視人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發展,認為“人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)是引(yin)領新一(yi)輪科技革命和(he)產業變革的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)驅(qu)動力”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發展態(tai)勢,找(zhao)準突(tu)破口和(he)主攻方向,培養大批具有創新能(neng)力和(he)合作精神的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)高(gao)端(duan)人(ren)(ren)才是教育的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)使命”。

魯(lu)(lu)昕(xin)列舉(ju)了人(ren)(ren)(ren)社部發布的(de)(de)數字經濟背景(jing)下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技術、新(xin)(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯出工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景(jing)變(bian)化(hua)對(dui)“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)建設(she)提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后,魯(lu)(lu)昕(xin)通過對(dui)工(gong)(gong)信部人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)交流(liu)中(zhong)心(xin)發布的(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網產業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)崗位能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展示了工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互(hu)聯網產業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)8個方向41個崗位的(de)(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力要求(qiu),系統總結(jie)了人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)(neng)發展對(dui)高(gao)等(deng)教育動手能(neng)(neng)力數字化(hua)和實訓基(ji)地(di)虛(xu)擬化(hua)轉型的(de)(de)呼(hu)喚。

魯昕希望,在(zai)“雙(shuang)區(qu)”建(jian)設(she)的背景下,“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)的過程中(zhong),深職院作為“雙(shuang)高”中(zhong)的“雙(shuang)高”,要充分探討如何在(zai)粵港澳大灣區(qu)的政策環境(jing)、在(zai)新(xin)一代信(xin)息(xi)技術的創新(xin)文化、在(zai)深職院的工科特色中(zhong)發揮積(ji)極作用(yong),構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知識體(ti)系,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課程體(ti)系,顛覆(fu)專業(ye)結構(gou),培養復合性(xing)人才(cai),成為名副(fu)其實(shi)的世界(jie)一流職業(ye)技術學院。

楊欣斌在總結中(zhong)表(biao)示(shi),魯昕會長的(de)報(bao)告(gao)(gao)站位(wei)高遠(yuan)、視野(ye)開闊(kuo),理論(lun)深厚、邏輯(ji)嚴密,觀(guan)點鮮明、素材豐富(fu),聚(ju)焦(jiao)問(wen)題、貼近(jin)實(shi)際,特別是(shi)結合(he)我校(xiao)“雙高”建設(she)、專業設(she)置和產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)的(de)情況提出具體(ti)的(de)指導意(yi)見,對于推動(dong)學(xue)校(xiao)數字(zi)化(hua)轉型,落(luo)實(shi)好(hao)“雙高”建設(she),科學(xue)謀劃“十(shi)四五(wu)”期間的(de)思路和舉措,具有重要的(de)指導意(yi)義。楊欣斌要求各單位(wei)深刻領會、深入研究(jiu)魯昕會長的(de)報(bao)告(gao)(gao)精神(shen),結合(he)實(shi)際抓(zhua)好(hao)貫徹落(luo)實(shi),努(nu)力在“雙高”建設(she)中(zhong)走(zou)在前列,爭當職業教(jiao)育(yu)創新(xin)發展的(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時兩(liang)個半小時,全(quan)校共300余人參加學(xue)習,其(qi)中(zhong),全(quan)體專業主任、教研室主任、實(shi)訓室主任在會場進行(xing)集中(zhong)學(xue)習;全(quan)體校領導、黨委委員,全(quan)體中(zhong)層干(gan)部(bu)通過騰(teng)訊會議(yi)系統進行(xing)線上學(xue)習。
