為深(shen)入(ru)推進學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)數字(zi)化轉型,高(gao)質(zhi)量落實好“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設各項(xiang)任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職業技(ji)術學(xue)(xue)院舉行(xing)黨委(wei)理(li)論學(xue)(xue)習中(zhong)心組(zu)(擴大)學(xue)(xue)習會,特別邀請全(quan)國(guo)政(zheng)協委(wei)員、中(zhong)國(guo)職業技(ji)術教(jiao)育學(xue)(xue)會會長、教(jiao)育部(bu)原副部(bu)長魯昕在京聯線(xian),作(zuo)題為《人工智能與經濟學(xue)(xue):“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設全(quan)新領域(yu)的全(quan)面(mian)建設》專題報告(gao)。會議(yi)由校(xiao)黨委(wei)書記(ji)、校(xiao)長楊(yang)欣斌(bin)主持。

習近平(ping)總書記高度重(zhong)視人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)發展(zhan),認為“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)是引領新(xin)一輪科技(ji)革(ge)命(ming)和(he)產(chan)業變革(ge)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要驅動力”,“把握全球人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)發展(zhan)態勢,找準突破口和(he)主攻方向,培養大批具(ju)有創(chuang)新(xin)能(neng)力和(he)合作(zuo)精神的(de)(de)人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才(cai)是教育的(de)(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)”。

魯昕列舉(ju)了(le)人(ren)(ren)社部發(fa)布的數字經濟背景下市場(chang)需(xu)求(qiu)迫(po)切的39個(ge)新(xin)職業(ye),通過(guo)分析(xi)新(xin)職業(ye)、新(xin)知(zhi)識(shi)、新(xin)技術、新(xin)技能(neng),突顯(xian)出(chu)工作場(chang)景變化對“雙高”專業(ye)建設提(ti)出(chu)的要求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通過(guo)對工信部人(ren)(ren)才交流(liu)中心發(fa)布的《工業(ye)互聯網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才崗位能(neng)力(li)要求(qiu)》分析(xi),展示了(le)工業(ye)互聯網(wang)產(chan)業(ye)人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的4項能(neng)力(li)要求(qiu),系(xi)統總結了(le)人(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)發(fa)展對高等教育動手能(neng)力(li)數字化和實訓基地虛(xu)擬化轉(zhuan)型的呼喚。

魯昕希(xi)望,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)“雙(shuang)區”建設的(de)(de)背景(jing)下(xia),“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設的(de)(de)過程中(zhong),深職院(yuan)作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)高(gao)”中(zhong)的(de)(de)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”,要(yao)充分探(tan)討如(ru)何在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)粵港澳大灣區的(de)(de)政策環境、在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)新一代信(xin)息技術(shu)的(de)(de)創新文化、在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)深職院(yuan)的(de)(de)工(gong)科特色中(zhong)發(fa)揮積極作(zuo)用,構(gou)建新知識體(ti)系(xi),構(gou)建新課程體(ti)系(xi),顛覆(fu)專業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合性人才,成(cheng)為名副(fu)其實(shi)的(de)(de)世界一流(liu)職業技術(shu)學院(yuan)。

楊欣(xin)斌在總結(jie)中表示,魯昕(xin)會長的報告站位高遠、視野開闊,理論深厚、邏輯(ji)嚴密(mi),觀點(dian)鮮(xian)明、素材(cai)豐(feng)富,聚焦問題(ti)、貼近(jin)實際,特(te)別(bie)是結(jie)合(he)我校(xiao)“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)、專業(ye)(ye)設(she)(she)(she)置和產教融合(he)的情況(kuang)提出具(ju)體的指導意見(jian),對于(yu)推動學(xue)校(xiao)數字化轉型,落(luo)實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she),科學(xue)謀(mou)劃“十四五”期間的思路和舉措,具(ju)有重(zhong)要的指導意義(yi)。楊欣(xin)斌要求各單位深刻(ke)領(ling)會、深入研究魯昕(xin)會長的報告精(jing)神,結(jie)合(he)實際抓(zhua)好貫徹落(luo)實,努力在“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)(she)(she)中走在前列,爭當職業(ye)(ye)教育(yu)創新發展(zhan)的先行者。

整場報告歷(li)時兩個半小時,全(quan)(quan)校共300余人參加學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi),其中,全(quan)(quan)體專業主(zhu)任(ren)、教研室主(zhu)任(ren)、實(shi)訓室主(zhu)任(ren)在(zai)會場進行(xing)集中學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi);全(quan)(quan)體校領導、黨委(wei)委(wei)員,全(quan)(quan)體中層干部通過(guo)騰訊(xun)會議系統進行(xing)線上學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)。
