為深(shen)(shen)入推進學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型,高質量落實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設各(ge)項任(ren)務,6月(yue)28日,深(shen)(shen)圳職業(ye)技術學(xue)(xue)院舉行(xing)黨(dang)委(wei)理論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)中(zhong)心組(擴(kuo)大)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)會(hui)(hui),特別邀(yao)請(qing)全(quan)(quan)(quan)國政協委(wei)員、中(zhong)國職業(ye)技術教育學(xue)(xue)會(hui)(hui)會(hui)(hui)長、教育部(bu)原(yuan)副部(bu)長魯(lu)昕(xin)在(zai)京聯線,作題為《人工智能與經(jing)濟學(xue)(xue):“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設全(quan)(quan)(quan)新領域(yu)的全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設》專(zhuan)題報告。會(hui)(hui)議由校(xiao)(xiao)黨(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記、校(xiao)(xiao)長楊欣斌主持。

習近(jin)平總書記(ji)高度重視(shi)人工(gong)智能發展(zhan),認為(wei)“人工(gong)智能是引(yin)領(ling)新一輪(lun)科技革命(ming)和產業變革的(de)重要驅(qu)動力”,“把(ba)握全球人工(gong)智能發展(zhan)態勢(shi),找(zhao)準(zhun)突破口和主攻方(fang)向,培(pei)養大批具(ju)有創新能力和合(he)作精神的(de)人工(gong)智能高端人才是教育的(de)重要使(shi)命(ming)”。

魯昕列舉了人社部發(fa)布的(de)數字(zi)經濟(ji)背景下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)39個新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye),通(tong)過(guo)分析新職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)、新知識(shi)、新技術、新技能(neng),突顯出工(gong)(gong)作場景變化對“雙高(gao)”專業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯昕通(tong)過(guo)對工(gong)(gong)信部人才交流(liu)中心(xin)發(fa)布的(de)《工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才崗位(wei)(wei)能(neng)力要(yao)求(qiu)》分析,展(zhan)示了工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)(ye)人才8個方向(xiang)41個崗位(wei)(wei)的(de)4項能(neng)力要(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了人工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)對高(gao)等教育動手(shou)能(neng)力數字(zi)化和實訓基地(di)虛(xu)擬化轉型的(de)呼喚。

魯昕(xin)希望,在“雙(shuang)區”建設的背景(jing)下(xia),“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”建設的過程中(zhong),深(shen)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)作為(wei)“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”中(zhong)的“雙(shuang)高(gao)(gao)”,要充分(fen)探(tan)討(tao)如何在粵港澳大灣區的政策(ce)環境、在新一代信息技術(shu)的創新文化、在深(shen)職(zhi)院(yuan)(yuan)的工科(ke)特色中(zhong)發揮積極作用,構(gou)建新知識體系(xi),構(gou)建新課程體系(xi),顛(dian)覆專(zhuan)業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合性人才(cai),成為(wei)名(ming)副其實的世(shi)界一流職(zhi)業技術(shu)學院(yuan)(yuan)。

楊(yang)欣斌(bin)在總結中(zhong)表示,魯昕會長(chang)的(de)報(bao)告(gao)站位高(gao)遠、視(shi)野(ye)開闊,理論深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴(yan)密(mi),觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實際(ji),特(te)別是結合我校“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建設、專業(ye)(ye)設置和(he)產教融合的(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)見,對于(yu)推(tui)動學校數字化轉型,落實好(hao)“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建設,科學謀劃“十四五”期間的(de)思(si)路和(he)舉措,具(ju)有重要的(de)指(zhi)導(dao)意(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌(bin)要求各單(dan)位深刻領會、深入研究魯昕會長(chang)的(de)報(bao)告(gao)精神,結合實際(ji)抓好(hao)貫徹落實,努(nu)力在“雙(shuang)(shuang)高(gao)”建設中(zhong)走在前列,爭(zheng)當職業(ye)(ye)教育創新(xin)發展的(de)先(xian)行(xing)者。

整場報(bao)告歷時(shi)兩個半小時(shi),全(quan)校共300余人參(can)加(jia)學習(xi),其(qi)中(zhong),全(quan)體專業主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、教研室主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、實訓(xun)室主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)在會(hui)場進(jin)行集中(zhong)學習(xi);全(quan)體校領導(dao)、黨委委員,全(quan)體中(zhong)層(ceng)干部通(tong)過騰訊會(hui)議系統(tong)進(jin)行線上學習(xi)。
