圖書特(te)有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地位,對整(zheng)個社會的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚而對經(jing)濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用。圖書館作為(wei)古今中外最重要的(de)(de)藏(zang)書場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天(tian)地,肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和任務(wu)。高校圖書館在為(wei)教學科研服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,更有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復(fu)合式創新(xin)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)素(su)質高(gao)(gao)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期(qi)對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提出的(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符合市(shi)場對新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)新(xin)變化,也切合技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)方向。全面推進“文(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合育人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同育人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)發(fa)展與教(jiao)育教(jiao)學(xue)提出了(le)新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說明了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育的(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作為(wei)傳統的(de)文(wen)化主(zhu)體(ti)部門(men)、教(jiao)學(xue)輔(fu)助單位,圖書(shu)館理當(dang)主(zhu)動(dong)參與到文(wen)化育人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。
從(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)(yao)求到學(xue)(xue)科(ke)或專(zhuan)業群(qun)要(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適應崗位(wei)到工作(zuo)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin),從(cong)“工具”人(ren)(ren)到以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)綜合(he)發展(zhan)(zhan),現代(dai)技能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理念與(yu)(yu)定(ding)位(wei)有根本(ben)性轉變,對高(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)言,自身(shen)定(ding)位(wei)與(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)責任必(bi)(bi)須進行變革。第一,努力(li)拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵,必(bi)(bi)須要(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華到育人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以(yi)育人(ren)(ren)為中心(xin)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)資源建設(she)和(he)服(fu)(fu)務提(ti)升(sheng),依復合(he)型、創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型要(yao)(yao)求來采購圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)(wan)善閱讀(du)環境,開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)多層次的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)服(fu)(fu)務,更(geng)(geng)要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)(yu)到育人(ren)(ren)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)第一線。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)(cheng)介入教(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個過程(cheng)(cheng),從(cong)而(er)在實(shi)踐(jian)中使(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)轉化(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內涵與(yu)(yu)外延,著力(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展(zhan)(zhan)。第二,著力(li)打造新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)養課程(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)設(she)問題(ti),更(geng)(geng)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大(da)環境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)渠(qu)道的(de)(de)(de)建設(she)問題(ti),推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園建設(she),是(shi)(shi)(shi)一個重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切(qie)入點。要(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)園,使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三(san),不(bu)斷放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設(she)與(yu)(yu)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)是(shi)(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設(she)中,應該根據(ju)時代(dai)需(xu)要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色,組(zu)織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)力(li)量(liang),從(cong)不(bu)同角度完(wan)(wan)善、充實(shi)、放(fang)大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研(yan)究、社(she)會服(fu)(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成(cheng)長(chang)相結合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)創造中來。抓住德(de)育的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育主線,用(yong)不(bu)同形式和(he)方法提(ti)高(gao)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社(she)會公德(de)、職業道德(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)凝(ning)聚上升(sheng)到大(da)學(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)為基礎,逐(zhu)步形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精神內核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)素(su)(su)養。
文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深(shen)入落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)(de)人才培養理念,一方面要(yao)求圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍進(jin)(jin)到書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)(jin)而推動書香校園,促進(jin)(jin)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,另一方面也從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)(de)角度對圖(tu)書館的(de)(de)具體(ti)工作提出(chu)了(le)新的(de)(de)要(yao)求。
1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設是圖書(shu)館永(yong)恒的(de)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti),今后應有三個(ge)轉(zhuan)變(bian),一是重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)則是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)基礎。為(wei)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色,應進一步與(yu)學(xue)校各(ge)部門(men)及校外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高(gao)職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏,一旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)規模,就進行歸(gui)納整(zheng)理(li),集中(zhong)收(shou)藏,建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日常(chang)采購中(zhong),應有意識地(di)(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)特色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)。也可發揮博物(wu)館功(gong)能,收(shou)集地(di)(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非(fei)物(wu)質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏品,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫或(huo)特藏室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響師生,通過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一(yi)套基(ji)本的能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)讀(du)者需求的服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)(zai)此基(ji)礎上,要(yao)(yao)強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)獻信息的個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在(zai)(zai)縱(zong)深層次(ci)的教學科研活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)獻信息的個(ge)性(xing)需求,其次(ci)要(yao)(yao)在(zai)(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上下功夫(fu),引進(jin)新技(ji)術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短信、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀(du)者的信息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校園師(shi)生最重要(yao)的聚集之地(di)。面向未來(lai),我(wo)們提出除了要(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)(jian)成資源信息中心(xin)之外,還(huan)要(yao)建(jian)(jian)成學(xue)習交流中心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中心(xin)和宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教育(yu)中心(xin),實現由傳(chuan)統大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)型大(da)(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的轉型。這種轉型實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更多(duo)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成為(wei)學(xue)校育(yu)人的重要(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在做好常規服務(wu)(wu)的同時,大(da)(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推介、閱(yue)讀沙龍、專題(ti)講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽(sai)和技能比賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)內每(mei)月(yue)有新(xin)的文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的頻(pin)率,通過教師(shi)的讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與(yu)學(xue)生的讀者(zhe)協會(hui),與(yu)師(shi)生建(jian)(jian)立(li)了廣泛的聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)不斷把館(guan)內各類(lei)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)走出館(guan)舍(she),深入校園,并且走出校門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生的專題(ti)活(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)。
