技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合(he)式創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期對(dui)職業院(yuan)校(xiao)提出的(de)(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符合(he)市場對(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)未來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養模式改(gai)革,對(dui)職業院(yuan)校(xiao)的(de)(de)發展與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)(zhu)體(ti)部(bu)門、教(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書館理當主(zhu)(zhu)動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實“文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一方面要求圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華(hua)拓展,衍進到書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而推動書香校(xiao)園,促進校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展,另一方面也(ye)從文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的(de)角度對圖書館(guan)的(de)具體工(gong)作(zuo)提(ti)出了新的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)是(shi)圖書館永恒的(de)(de)主(zhu)題(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三個轉變,一是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化內(nei)涵,二是(shi)要(yao)優(you)化結構,三是(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)。圖書資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),是(shi)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化與校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化發展的(de)(de)基礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性(xing)(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化特(te)色(se)(se),應(ying)進一步與學校(xiao)各部(bu)門及校(xiao)外單位合(he)作,加(jia)強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設(she)(she),加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素(su)養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化的(de)(de)收藏,一旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸(gui)納整理,集中收藏,建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中,應(ying)有(you)意識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購,形(xing)成(cheng)特(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化藏書。也(ye)可發揮博物館功能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖(tu)書館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統(tong)圖(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖(tu)書館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生(sheng),通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基礎上(shang),要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展(zhan)文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)(xian)信息的(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點(dian)團隊在縱(zong)深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)獻(xian)(xian)信息的(de)(de)個性需求(qiu),其次要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上(shang)下功夫,引進新技術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如(ru)微博、短信、聊天群、手(shou)機(ji)圖(tu)書館、虛擬圖(tu)書館等(deng),促(cu)進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信息交流(liu),文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣開(kai)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平(ping)臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是(shi)校園師(shi)生(sheng)最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集之地(di)。面(mian)向(xiang)未來,我(wo)們提出除了(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)心之外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)學(xue)習(xi)交流(liu)中(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心和宣傳教育中(zhong)心,實現由(you)傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流(liu)、現代(dai)、新型大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能(neng),不(bu)斷(duan)拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺(tai),成(cheng)為學(xue)校育人的(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服(fu)務的(de)同時,大量舉辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽和技能(neng)比賽等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有新的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)頻(pin)率,通過教師(shi)的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)讀(du)者(zhe)協會,與師(shi)生(sheng)建立了(le)廣泛的(de)聯系。以后(hou),圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷(duan)把館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校園,并且走出校門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生(sheng)的(de)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
