[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖(tu)書特有(you)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化地(di)位(wei),對(dui)整個社(she)(she)會的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展(zhan),甚而對(dui)經濟、科研、社(she)(she)會文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)明(ming)等(deng)方面的進(jin)步起著舉(ju)足輕(qing)重的作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書館作(zuo)為古今中外最重要的藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地(di),肩負著特別的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化使(shi)命和(he)任務。高校(xiao)圖(tu)書館在為教學科研服務的同時(shi),更有(you)著直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人(ren)的重要使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式(shi)(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能(neng)(neng)人才”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)提出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要(yao)求,符合市(shi)場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)(neng)人才的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua)(hua),也切(qie)合技能(neng)(neng)人才未(wei)來發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向。全面推進“文化(hua)(hua)育人、復合育人、協同育人”人才培養模式(shi)(shi)改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)與教育教學提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)挑戰(zhan),也說明了(le)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)(neng)人才培育的(de)(de)(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)主體部門、教學輔助(zhu)單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文化(hua)(hua)育人工作中。

  從(cong)單一的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或(huo)專(zhuan)業群要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)適應崗位到(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具(ju)”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本綜合(he)發展(zhan),現代技能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)理(li)念(nian)與(yu)定位有(you)根本性轉變,對高校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館而言,自(zi)身定位與(yu)工(gong)作責(ze)任必(bi)須(xu)進行變革。第(di)一,努力(li)(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵(han),必(bi)須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)心開展(zhan)資源建(jian)設(she)和(he)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)提升(sheng),依復合(he)型(xing)(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)來采購(gou)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善(shan)閱(yue)讀(du)環境(jing),開展(zhan)多(duo)層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu),更要(yao)(yao)(yao)走出圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館,參(can)與(yu)到(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的(de)(de)(de)第(di)一線(xian)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館可以(yi)全程介入教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程,從(cong)而在(zai)實踐中(zhong)使(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)涵(han)與(yu)外延,著力(li)(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)大發展(zhan)。第(di)二,著力(li)(li)打造(zao)(zao)新(xin)型(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)展(zhan)開,不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)(de)(de)開設(she)問(wen)題,更重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大環境(jing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)問(wen)題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)一個(ge)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)切入點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀(lian)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第(di)三,不(bu)斷放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十分(fen)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)部(bu)分(fen)。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)中(zhong),應該(gai)根據時代需要(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方面(mian)的(de)(de)(de)力(li)(li)量(liang),從(cong)不(bu)同角度(du)完善(shan)、充實、放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會服(fu)務(wu)(wu)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)全面(mian)成長相結合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身于(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)中(zhong)來。抓住德育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主線(xian),用(yong)不(bu)同形式和(he)方法提高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)社(she)會公德、職業道德與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德。要(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝聚上升(sheng)到(dao)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)精(jing)神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步形成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌(pai)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)精(jing)神內(nei)(nei)核,塑造(zao)(zao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),提升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理(li)念,一方面(mian)要求(qiu)圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)到書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校園,促(cu)進(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面(mian)也從(cong)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角度對(dui)圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出(chu)了新的(de)要求(qiu)。

  1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)(de)(de)主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)重點抓好特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實則(ze)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)(de)(de)基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)針對(dui)性(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se),應進一(yi)步與學校各部門及校外單位(wei)合作(zuo),加強(qiang)(qiang)合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強(qiang)(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)收藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規(gui)模,就(jiu)進行歸納整理,集中收藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常(chang)采購中,應有意(yi)識(shi)地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成特(te)(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博(bo)物館(guan)功能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數(shu)據庫或特(te)(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)是(shi)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單(dan),而現(xian)代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵(jian)要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足讀者需求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在此(ci)基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教(jiao)師或重點團隊在縱深層次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)學(xue)科研活動中對文(wen)獻(xian)信息(xi)的(de)(de)(de)個性需求(qiu),其次(ci)要在服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更廣(guang),如微博、短(duan)信、聊天群、手(shou)機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書館(guan)等,促進與(yu)讀者的(de)(de)(de)信息(xi)交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面(mian)向未來,我們提出(chu)除(chu)了要(yao)把圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成資源信(xin)息中心之外,還要(yao)建(jian)成學(xue)習交(jiao)流中心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)中心和宣傳教育中心,實現(xian)由(you)傳統大(da)學(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向一流、現(xian)代(dai)、新型大(da)學(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種(zhong)轉型實際上賦(fu)予圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更(geng)多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不斷(duan)拓寬圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)育人的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在(zai)做(zuo)好常規服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展覽(lan)、館(guan)藏推介、閱讀沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能比賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會,與師生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣泛的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系(xi)。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)不斷(duan)把館(guan)內(nei)各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)舍(she),深入校(xiao)園,并且走出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)活(huo)動(dong)或(huo)師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong),開展書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務。
