技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復合(he)(he)式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)高素質高技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對職(zhi)業院校提(ti)出(chu)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求(qiu),符合(he)(he)市(shi)場(chang)對新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化,也(ye)(ye)切合(he)(he)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)方向。全面推進“文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、復合(he)(he)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、協同(tong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養模(mo)式改革,對職(zhi)業院校的(de)發展與教育(yu)(yu)教學提(ti)出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能(neng)(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培育(yu)(yu)的(de)復雜性。作(zuo)為傳統的(de)文化主體部門、教學輔助單(dan)位,圖(tu)書館理(li)當主動參與到文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)工作(zuo)中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落(luo)實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培(pei)養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華拓展,衍進到書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進而(er)推動(dong)書(shu)(shu)香校園(yuan),促進校園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發展,另一(yi)方(fang)面也從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設的(de)角度對(dui)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館的(de)具體(ti)工作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)是圖(tu)書(shu)館永(yong)恒的主(zhu)題(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三個轉(zhuan)變(bian),一(yi)是重視(shi)資(zi)(zi)源的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二(er)是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構(gou),三是重點抓(zhua)好特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she)實(shi)則是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she),是書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的基(ji)礎(chu)。為形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源的針對性、有(you)效(xiao)性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se)(se),應(ying)進(jin)(jin)一(yi)步與(yu)學校各部門及校外單位合作(zuo),加強(qiang)合作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)源、特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源建設(she),加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)(zhi)業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的收(shou)藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)成規(gui)模,就進(jin)(jin)行(xing)歸納(na)整(zheng)理,集(ji)中(zhong)收(shou)藏,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購(gou)中(zhong),應(ying)有(you)意(yi)識地進(jin)(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)成特(te)(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)。也可發揮博(bo)物(wu)館功能,收(shou)集(ji)地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物(wu)質遺(yi)產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形(xing)成專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫(ku)或特(te)(te)藏室。

3、廣(guang)(guang)開(kai)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)化(hua)平(ping)臺。圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師(shi)(shi)生最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)聚(ju)集之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們(men)提出(chu)除了(le)(le)要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)建成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之(zhi)外(wai),還(huan)要(yao)(yao)建成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實現(xian)由傳(chuan)統(tong)大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)向一流、現(xian)代(dai)、新型大學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)轉型。這種轉型實際上賦(fu)予圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)平(ping)臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年(nian)來,圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服務的(de)同時,大量舉辦(ban)主題文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題講座、書評競賽和(he)技能比賽等,保持了(le)(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)每月(yue)有新的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)的(de)頻率,通過(guo)教師(shi)(shi)的(de)讀(du)書俱樂(le)部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會,與(yu)師(shi)(shi)生建立了(le)(le)廣(guang)(guang)泛的(de)聯系。以(yi)后,圖(tu)書館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)各類文(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)搞好(hao)搞精彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且(qie)走出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)門,配(pei)合教學(xue)(xue)活動(dong)(dong)(dong)或(huo)師(shi)(shi)生的(de)專題活動(dong)(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
