
宋(song)(song)李翔,中(zhong)共黨員(yuan),數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年初從(cong)(cong)管理(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院輪崗來到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院,但從(cong)(cong)進校伊始,宋(song)(song)李翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)(li)工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕耘九(jiu)個年頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力(li)量(liang)。
自(zi)“不忘初心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作開展以(yi)來,宋(song)李翔積極響(xiang)應校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)有(you)關“不忘初心(xin)(xin),牢(lao)記(ji)使(shi)命”主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)統一部(bu)署和安排,積極組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,將黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作同部(bu)署、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設(she)的(de)(de)重(zhong)點,扎實(shi)(shi)推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作中以(yi)身作則、身先士(shi)卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作實(shi)(shi)際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作隊(dui)伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才,展現(xian)了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有(you)的(de)(de)風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

nian)(nian)6月正式成立深(shen)職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視動(dong)畫宣(xuan)傳(chuan)志愿服務(wu)基地(di),使得志愿服務(wu)與專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)實(shi)現了(le)深(shen)度融(rong)合(he)(he)。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中注意整合(he)(he)資源,借(jie)(jie)助(zhu)外力(li)提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)部(bu)(bu)(bu)門(men)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。半年(nian)(nian)來(lai)(lai)2次主動(dong)聯系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心理咨詢中心,通過借(jie)(jie)助(zhu)專業力(li)量提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)對重(zhong)點關(guan)注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)管理能(neng)力(li)和(he)應對水(shui)(shui)平(ping)。積(ji)(ji)(ji)極發(fa)揮新(xin)媒體平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)中的(de)(de)陣(zhen)地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組(zu)織策劃迎新(xin)系列推(tui)(tui)文(wen)、國慶70周年(nian)(nian)系列活(huo)動(dong)、強國青(qing)年(nian)(nian)說推(tui)(tui)文(wen)等(deng)(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)(tui)文(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎。

宋李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于(yu)擔當,身先士卒(zu),高(gao)度自律。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦公室,關(guan)愛(ai)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通過專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每周2次實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang),及時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)反饋早晚修情(qing)況(kuang)(kuang)。積極(ji)通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難(nan)。自開(kai)展主題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次,宿舍走(zou)訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)和培養特點,有針對性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄(qi)引導教(jiao)育(yu),而(er)是(shi)通過嚴要求(qiu),敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長(chang)、班主任、輔導員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導。羅馬(ma)城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯(wei)有通過嚴于(yu)律己的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才(cai)能讓(rang)新時期(qi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)(de)建設與時俱進(jin)(jin),勇(yong)往(wang)直前。
