[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨(dang)員,數創(chuang)學院學工(gong)辦負責人。雖(sui)說是(shi)今年初(chu)從管理學院輪崗來(lai)到數創(chuang)學院,但從進校(xiao)伊始,宋李翔已(yi)在學生管理工(gong)作崗位辛(xin)勤耕耘九個年頭,是(shi)學校(xiao)學工(gong)隊伍(wu)中(zhong)品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力(li)量。

自(zi)“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)(lao)記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李翔(xiang)積極響(xiang)應(ying)校黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學院(yuan)黨(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的號召,根(gen)據學校黨(dang)委(wei)和(he)學院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)(lao)記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題(ti)教育統(tong)一部署(shu)和(he)安排(pai),積極組(zu)織學院(yuan)學生(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部的各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)同(tong)部署(shu)、共落實,找準(zhun)基(ji)層黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部建設的重點,扎實推進各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先(xian)士卒(zu)、貼(tie)近學生(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)隊(dui)伍,服務于學生(sheng)成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現了學生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部書記應(ying)有(you)的風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作(zuo)(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)(ji),宋李(li)(li)翔深知(zhi)展示(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)影響(xiang)力(li)和號召力(li),發(fa)揮團(tuan)結引領作(zuo)(zuo)用,形成磁(ci)場效應在(zai)大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想政(zheng)治教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)的(de)重(zhong)要性。因此,他主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)與綜(zong)合(he)素養(yang)突(tu)出(chu)(chu)、具有(you)較強學(xue)(xue)業拼搏精神和過(guo)硬(ying)政(zheng)治素養(yang)的(de)同學(xue)(xue)積(ji)極(ji)接觸,通過(guo)積(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)座談(tan)、發(fa)展對象(xiang)談(tan)話等形式將教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一(yi)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落(luo)實到位(wei)。他時刻提醒(xing)積(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子(zi)(zi)、發(fa)展對象(xiang)和學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理好日常學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)關系(xi)、政(zheng)治理論(lun)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與主(zhu)(zhu)業課程的(de)關系(xi),使(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)涌現出(chu)(chu)如梁家(jia)茵、溫(wen)嘉慶(qing)等綜(zong)合(he)素質突(tu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認(ren)真(zhen)貫徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣(guang)東(dong)省委、深圳市委和校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委關于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)各項部(bu)署(shu),積(ji)極(ji)召集支(zhi)部(bu)全體(ti)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展學(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近(jin)平新(xin)時代中(zhong)國特色社會主(zhu)(zhu)義思(si)想學(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要》、習(xi)總書(shu)記(ji)(ji)關于主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)講話和中(zhong)央的(de)有(you)關部(bu)署(shu)等教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動(dong)。在(zai)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第一(yi)時間(jian)開展入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu),利用早晚修時間(jian),組(zu)織(zhi)全體(ti)2019級新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大路上》專題(ti)(ti)片,積(ji)極(ji)弘揚愛國熱情(qing)。認(ren)真(zhen)對照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委文(wen)件,嚴格規(gui)范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)“三會一(yi)課”記(ji)(ji)錄(lu),支(zhi)部(bu)會議記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本被當成標(biao)桿(gan)記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本在(zai)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)進行傳(chuan)閱學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李(li)(li)翔努力(li)為師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解(jie)難,積(ji)極(ji)解(jie)答(da)新(xin)發(fa)展教(jiao)工(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發(fa)展過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)疑惑和困難,利用暑假主(zhu)(zhu)動(dong)為畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯(lian)系(xi)組(zu)織(zhi)關系(xi)轉移單位(wei),耐心(xin)解(jie)答(da)畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)各種(zhong)問題(ti)(ti),大力(li)協助畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成組(zu)織(zhi)關系(xi)轉移,深受畢業生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)好評(ping)。

(ju)機場分局(ju)聯(lian)絡,于(yu)2019年(nian)6月(yue)正式(shi)成立深(shen)職院影(ying)視動畫宣傳志(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)服務基(ji)地,使得志(zhi)(zhi)愿(yuan)服務與(yu)專業(ye)建設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)現了(le)(le)(le)深(shen)度融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)注意整(zheng)合資(zi)源,借(jie)助外力(li)提(ti)升部(bu)門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平。半年(nian)來2次主(zhu)動聯(lian)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)心(xin)(xin)理(li)(li)咨詢中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)(xin),通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)借(jie)助專業(ye)力(li)量提(ti)升對(dui)重(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)點關注學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)能(neng)力(li)和(he)應對(dui)水平。積極(ji)(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體(ti)平臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)(zai)思(si)(si)(si)想(xiang)政治教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)織策劃(hua)迎(ying)新(xin)系(xi)列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶70周年(nian)系(xi)列(lie)活動、強國青(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等宣傳推文(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。

宋李翔老師工(gong)作中(zhong)敢于擔當,身(shen)先士(shi)卒(zu),高度自律。每天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作,下午最(zui)后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍內部(bu)(bu)建(jian)(jian)設,通過(guo)專題(ti)研(yan)討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方(fang)式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營(ying)造(zao)出團(tuan)(tuan)結協作,拼搏(bo)奉獻的(de)工(gong)作氛圍(wei)。每周(zhou)2次(ci)實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)(qing)況(kuang),及(ji)(ji)時向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員反(fan)饋早晚修情(qing)(qing)況(kuang)。積(ji)(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及(ji)(ji)時為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展(zhan)主題(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)80人次(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作中(zhong)能(neng)根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)(he)培養(yang)特點(dian),有(you)(you)針對性的(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不(bu)放棄引導(dao)教(jiao)育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)態度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作團(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)(you)通過(guo)嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作風和(he)(he)正(zheng)能(neng)量的(de)積(ji)(ji)極傳遞才(cai)能(neng)讓新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)建(jian)(jian)設與時俱進,勇往直前。
