
宋李翔,中共(gong)黨員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工辦負責(ze)人(ren)。雖(sui)說是(shi)今年(nian)初從管(guan)(guan)理學(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始(shi),宋李翔已在學(xue)生管(guan)(guan)理工作崗位辛勤耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是(shi)學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅力量。
自“不忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以來(lai),宋李翔積極響應(ying)(ying)校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支的(de)(de)(de)號召(zhao),根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有關“不忘初心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教育(yu)統一(yi)部(bu)署和(he)安(an)排,積極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建(jian)設的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian),扎實推進各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)開展,工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實際(ji)、貼近(jin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書記應(ying)(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)(shu)記,宋李(li)(li)翔深(shen)(shen)知展(zhan)(zhan)示支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)影響力和(he)(he)號(hao)召力,發揮團結引領(ling)作用(yong),形成(cheng)(cheng)磁場效應在(zai)(zai)大學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)治教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作中(zhong)的(de)(de)重要性。因此(ci),他主(zhu)(zhu)動與(yu)綜合(he)素養突出、具有較(jiao)強(qiang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)拼(pin)搏精神和(he)(he)過(guo)硬政(zheng)治素養的(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)接觸,通(tong)過(guo)積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)子座談、發展(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象談話等形式將教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)發展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這(zhe)一(yi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)心工作落實到位(wei)。他時(shi)(shi)刻提醒積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)分(fen)子、發展(zhan)(zhan)對(dui)象和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組(zu)織工作的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi)、政(zheng)治理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)業(ye)課程的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)(xi),使支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)涌(yong)現出如梁(liang)家茵、溫(wen)嘉慶等綜合(he)素質突出的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真貫徹落實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣東省委(wei)、深(shen)(shen)圳市委(wei)和(he)(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作的(de)(de)各項部(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)召集支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)全體師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平新時(shi)(shi)代中(zhong)國特(te)色社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)思想學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)綱要》、習(xi)(xi)總書(shu)(shu)記關(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)講話和(he)(he)中(zhong)央的(de)(de)有關(guan)部(bu)署等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活動。在(zai)(zai)新生(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第一(yi)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)開展(zhan)(zhan)入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),利用(yong)早晚修時(shi)(shi)間(jian),組(zu)織全體2019級新生(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們(men)走在(zai)(zai)大路上》專題片,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)弘揚愛國熱情。認真對(dui)照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委(wei)文(wen)件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)“三會一(yi)課”記錄,支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)會議記錄本被當(dang)成(cheng)(cheng)標桿記錄本在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)進(jin)行傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)。宋李(li)(li)翔努力為(wei)師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂解難,積(ji)(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)(ji)解答新發展(zhan)(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)發展(zhan)(zhan)過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)(de)疑惑和(he)(he)困(kun)難,利用(yong)暑假(jia)主(zhu)(zhu)動為(wei)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯(lian)系(xi)(xi)組(zu)織關(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移單位(wei),耐心解答畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各種問題,大力協助(zhu)畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)組(zu)織關(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移,深(shen)(shen)受畢(bi)業(ye)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好(hao)評(ping)。
“引”字為重 對學生的思想引領絕不放松

)國青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推(tui)(tui)文等(deng)宣傳(chuan)推(tui)(tui)文,深(shen)(shen)受新生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)。
“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李翔老師工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先士(shi)卒(zu),高(gao)度(du)自(zi)律。每(mei)天早上提(ti)前(qian)一(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離(li)開(kai)辦公室(shi),關愛團隊成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍內部(bu)建(jian)設(she)(she),通過(guo)專題研討(tao)、團隊成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、團隊活動(dong)等方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)早修情(qing)況,及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反(fan)饋(kui)早晚修情(qing)況。積極(ji)通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及時(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排憂(you)解難(nan)。自(zi)開(kai)展主題教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci)(ci),宿(su)舍(she)走(zou)訪4次(ci)(ci)。工作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和(he)培(pei)養特點,有針(zhen)對性(xing)的(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片,將活動(dong)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文(wen)化育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)理(li)念落實到位。同時(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴要(yao)求,敢碰(peng)硬的(de)(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導員一(yi)(yi)起進行后(hou)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城不是一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)(zuo)團隊建(jian)設(she)(she)也(ye)不是一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞才能讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)與時(shi)俱進,勇(yong)往直前(qian)。
