
宋(song)李(li)翔,中共黨員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)院學(xue)工辦負責人。雖說是今年初(chu)從管(guan)理學(xue)院輪(lun)崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)院,但從進校伊(yi)始(shi),宋(song)李(li)翔已在學(xue)生管(guan)理工作(zuo)崗位辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍(wu)中品格優(you)秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐(feng)富(fu)的(de)中堅(jian)力量。
自“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使命”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)以來(lai),宋(song)李翔積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘(wang)初心(xin),牢記(ji)使命”主題教育統(tong)一部(bu)署和(he)(he)安排(pai),積(ji)(ji)極(ji)(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)日(ri)常工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同(tong)部(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準(zhun)基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)建設的重點,扎實(shi)推進(jin)各(ge)項工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼(tie)近(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍(wu),服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)長(chang)成(cheng)才,展(zhan)(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有(you)的風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上
作(zuo)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)(ji),宋李翔深(shen)知展示支(zhi)部(bu)影響力和(he)(he)號召力,發(fa)(fa)揮(hui)團(tuan)結引領作(zuo)用,形(xing)成(cheng)磁場效應在(zai)(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生思想政治(zhi)教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中的(de)(de)(de)重要性。因此,他主(zhu)(zhu)動與(yu)綜合素(su)養(yang)突(tu)出(chu)、具有較強學(xue)(xue)(xue)業拼搏精(jing)神和(he)(he)過硬(ying)政治(zhi)素(su)養(yang)的(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)接觸(chu),通(tong)過積(ji)(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子座(zuo)談、發(fa)(fa)展對(dui)象談話等(deng)形(xing)式將教(jiao)育(yu)發(fa)(fa)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)落實到位。他時刻提醒(xing)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)分(fen)子、發(fa)(fa)展對(dui)象和(he)(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)(xue)習與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)組織工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)、政治(zhi)理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習與(yu)主(zhu)(zhu)業課(ke)程的(de)(de)(de)關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi),使支(zhi)部(bu)涌現出(chu)如梁家茵(yin)、溫嘉慶等(deng)綜合素(su)質突(tu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫徹(che)落實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)中央、廣東省委、深(shen)圳市委和(he)(he)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委關(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)各項部(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)召集支(zhi)部(bu)全體(ti)師生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)習《習近平新時代(dai)中國特(te)色(se)社(she)會主(zhu)(zhu)義思想學(xue)(xue)(xue)習綱(gang)要》、習總(zong)書(shu)記(ji)(ji)關(guan)(guan)于主(zhu)(zhu)題教(jiao)育(yu)講話和(he)(he)中央的(de)(de)(de)有關(guan)(guan)部(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)育(yu)活動。在(zai)(zai)新生入(ru)學(xue)(xue)(xue)教(jiao)育(yu)中第一時間開(kai)展入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)育(yu),利用早晚(wan)修時間,組織全體(ti)2019級新生集中觀(guan)看《我們走(zou)在(zai)(zai)大(da)路(lu)上》專題片,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)弘揚愛國熱情(qing)。認真(zhen)對(dui)照校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)部(bu)“三會一課(ke)”記(ji)(ji)錄(lu),支(zhi)部(bu)會議記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)被當成(cheng)標桿記(ji)(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)在(zai)(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)內(nei)部(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)(xue)習。宋李翔努力為師生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排憂(you)解難(nan),積(ji)(ji)極(ji)解答(da)新發(fa)(fa)展教(jiao)工(gong)(gong)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)(zai)發(fa)(fa)展過程中的(de)(de)(de)疑惑和(he)(he)困(kun)難(nan),利用暑(shu)假主(zhu)(zhu)動為畢業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)(xi)組織關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)單位,耐心(xin)解答(da)畢業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)各種問(wen)題,大(da)力協助畢業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成(cheng)組織關(guan)(guan)系(xi)(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi),深(shen)受畢業生黨(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)好(hao)評。

i)和應對水平(ping)。積(ji)極發揮新媒體平(ping)臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)思(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組織(zhi)策劃迎(ying)新系(xi)列推文(wen)(wen)、國慶70周年系(xi)列活動(dong)(dong)、強國青年說推文(wen)(wen)等(deng)(deng)宣(xuan)傳推文(wen)(wen),深受新生(sheng)(sheng)歡(huan)迎(ying)。
“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李(li)翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)敢于擔當,身先士(shi)卒,高度自律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)上(shang)提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室,關愛(ai)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)設(she),通過專(zhuan)題(ti)研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造出(chu)團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻(xian)的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地檢(jian)查新生(sheng)早(zao)修情(qing)況(kuang),及時(shi)向新生(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)反饋早(zao)晚修情(qing)況(kuang)。積(ji)極(ji)通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走(zou)(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)代(dai)表(biao)座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思想動(dong)態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)排憂解難。自開展主題(ti)教育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次,宿(su)舍走(zou)(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)專(zhuan)業(ye)和培養特點(dian),有(you)針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)活動(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動(dong)育人(ren)、文化育人(ren)理念(nian)落實到位(wei)。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄引導(dao)(dao)教育,而(er)是(shi)通過嚴(yan)要(yao)求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)態度與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任、輔(fu)導(dao)(dao)員(yuan)(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)教育引導(dao)(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有(you)通過嚴(yan)于律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風(feng)和正能量的(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才能讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨支部的(de)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
