體(ti)育(yu)部現有(you)專任教師36人,其中教授8人、副教授15人、講師12人;博(bo)士3人。近年來(lai),部門(men)積(ji)極(ji)開展具有(you)高(gao)職特色的體(ti)育(yu)俱樂部教學(xue)(xue)模式改(gai)革;收到(dao)明顯成效,擁(yong)有(you)市級教改(gai)項目一門(men),校級教改(gai)項目十余項。部門(men)積(ji)極(ji)響應學(xue)(xue)校新的人才培(pei)養模式改(gai)革舉措,已培(pei)養了(le)101名社會(hui)體(ti)育(yu)輔修專業(ye)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng),并面向2012級學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)繼續招收拓展專業(ye)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)。

體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)部以國家(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)總(zong)局體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基地為平(ping)臺,基地依托地域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、民(min)俗文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、區(qu)域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)等優勢,逐步開展具有特色的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu),形成以絲綢之(zhi)路體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu);武(wu)術與(yu)民(min)族傳(chuan)統(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu);體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)課程文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu);社區(qu)與(yu)校(xiao)園體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu);地域(yu)非物質文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺產(chan)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)為主的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)系。同時(shi),學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)實施了強身健體(ti)(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)程,大力加強對職業教育(yu)(yu)中學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)與(yu)建設,并學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)將(jiang)逐漸發展成為集(ji)科研(yan)(yan)、教學(xue)(xue)、服(fu)務(wu)為一體(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)基地,現已(yi)取得了一定(ding)(ding)的(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成果。部門(men)(men)還(huan)積極參加國內外的(de)學(xue)(xue)術交流活動(dong),并在大會上發表論(lun)文(wen)(wen)(wen),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)成果在學(xue)(xue)界(jie)產(chan)生了一定(ding)(ding)的(de)影響。目前,部門(men)(men)師(shi)資力量雄厚,年(nian)(nian)齡(ling)結構(gou)(gou)、學(xue)(xue)歷與(yu)職稱結構(gou)(gou)較為合(he)理,具有從事研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)的(de)師(shi)資和設施條件(jian),并制定(ding)(ding)了三年(nian)(nian)的(de)發展規劃。

部(bu)門以國家(jia)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)總局體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究基地為平臺(tai),依托地域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、民俗文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、區域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)等優勢,開展(zhan)具有(you)特色的體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究,形成了(le)以:絲綢之路(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究; 武術與民族(zu)傳統體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究;體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)課程文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究;社區與校園(yuan)體(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究;地域(yu)非(fei)物質文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺產(chan)研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究為主的研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究體(ti)(ti)(ti)系(xi)。

同時,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校實施的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)強(qiang)身健體(ti)教(jiao)育工程,全面開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)了對職業教(jiao)育中(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校體(ti)育教(jiao)育的(de)研究(jiu)與建設,其中(zhong)“社會體(ti)育”在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校 “三育人”的(de)人才(cai)培養(yang)模式改革中(zhong),已成(cheng)為面向全校學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)開(kai)設的(de)拓(tuo)展(zhan)(zhan)專業。學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校將(jiang)逐漸發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)成(cheng)為集科研、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)、服務為一體(ti)的(de)體(ti)育文化研究(jiu)基地(di)。部門(men)(men)還積極參加國內外的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術交(jiao)流活動(dong),研究(jiu)成(cheng)果在學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)術界也產(chan)生(sheng)了一定(ding)的(de)影響。部門(men)(men)師資力量雄厚,年(nian)齡結構(gou)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)歷與職稱結構(gou)合理(li),具有從(cong)事研究(jiu)的(de)師資和(he)設施條件,并制定(ding)了三年(nian)的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)規劃。
