    體(ti)育部(bu)(bu)現(xian)有(you)專任教(jiao)師(shi)36人(ren),其中教(jiao)授8人(ren)、副教(jiao)授15人(ren)、講師(shi)12人(ren);博士3人(ren)。近年來,部(bu)(bu)門(men)積極開展(zhan)具有(you)高職特色(se)的體(ti)育俱(ju)樂部(bu)(bu)教(jiao)學(xue)模(mo)式(shi)改(gai)革(ge);收到明顯(xian)成效,擁(yong)有(you)市級(ji)教(jiao)改(gai)項目一門(men),校級(ji)教(jiao)改(gai)項目十(shi)余項。部(bu)(bu)門(men)積極響應學(xue)校新的人(ren)才培養模(mo)式(shi)改(gai)革(ge)舉措(cuo),已(yi)培養了101名社會體(ti)育輔修專業(ye)學(xue)生,并面向2012級(ji)學(xue)生繼續招收拓展(zhan)專業(ye)學(xue)生。

    體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)部以國家體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)總局體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基地(di)為平臺,基地(di)依(yi)托地(di)域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、民俗文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、區域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)等(deng)優勢(shi),逐(zhu)步(bu)開展(zhan)具有(you)特色的(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),形(xing)成(cheng)以絲綢(chou)之路體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);武(wu)術與民族傳統體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)課程(cheng)(cheng)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);社(she)區與校(xiao)園體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);地(di)域(yu)非(fei)物質文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)遺產研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)為主的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)系。同(tong)時,學校(xiao)實(shi)施(shi)(shi)了(le)(le)(le)強身健體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)工程(cheng)(cheng),大力加強對職(zhi)業教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)中學校(xiao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)與建(jian)設,并學校(xiao)將逐(zhu)漸(jian)發(fa)展(zhan)成(cheng)為集科研(yan)(yan)、教學、服務(wu)為一(yi)(yi)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)育(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基地(di),現已取(qu)得(de)了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)果。部門(men)還(huan)積極參(can)加國內外的(de)(de)學術交流活動,并在(zai)大會(hui)上發(fa)表論文(wen)(wen)(wen),研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)成(cheng)果在(zai)學界產生(sheng)了(le)(le)(le)一(yi)(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)影響。目前,部門(men)師資力量雄厚(hou),年齡結構、學歷與職(zhi)稱(cheng)結構較(jiao)為合理,具有(you)從事(shi)研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)的(de)(de)師資和(he)設施(shi)(shi)條件,并制定(ding)了(le)(le)(le)三年的(de)(de)發(fa)展(zhan)規劃。

    部門以(yi)(yi)國家體育(yu)(yu)(yu)總局體育(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)基(ji)地(di)為平(ping)臺,依托地(di)域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化、民(min)俗(su)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化、區(qu)域(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化等優勢(shi),開展具有特色(se)的體育(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu),形成(cheng)了(le)以(yi)(yi):絲綢之路體育(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu); 武術(shu)與(yu)民(min)族傳統體育(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);體育(yu)(yu)(yu)課程文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);社區(qu)與(yu)校園體育(yu)(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu);地(di)域(yu)非物質(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化遺產研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)為主的研(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)究(jiu)(jiu)體系。

    同時,學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)實施的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生強(qiang)身健體(ti)教(jiao)育(yu)工程,全(quan)面(mian)開(kai)展了對職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)中學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)體(ti)育(yu)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)研(yan)究與建設(she),其中“社會體(ti)育(yu)”在學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao) “三(san)育(yu)人”的(de)(de)人才培養模式改革中,已成(cheng)為面(mian)向(xiang)全(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)學(xue)(xue)生開(kai)設(she)的(de)(de)拓展專(zhuan)業(ye)。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)將逐漸(jian)發展成(cheng)為集科(ke)研(yan)、教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、服務(wu)為一(yi)體(ti)的(de)(de)體(ti)育(yu)文化研(yan)究基地。部(bu)門(men)還積極參(can)加(jia)國內(nei)外的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)術交(jiao)流活動(dong),研(yan)究成(cheng)果在學(xue)(xue)術界也產生了一(yi)定的(de)(de)影響。部(bu)門(men)師(shi)資力量雄厚,年(nian)齡(ling)結構、學(xue)(xue)歷與職稱結構合理,具有從(cong)事研(yan)究的(de)(de)師(shi)資和設(she)施條件,并制定了三(san)年(nian)的(de)(de)發展規劃。
